How do I report for a counterparty that does not have a registered ACER code?
For clients who need to report trades where the counterparty does not have an ACER code or is in the process of registering for an ACER code then they should use the ACER code - ACERNONMP.EUUpon receipt of the ‘real’ ACER code then the client must modify their submitted trade and update the ACER code
For organisations reporting for their trades only:
MP submits ActionType ‘N’ew using ACER code – naming the CP as ACERNONMP.EU
ONCE ACER CODE RECIEVED
MP submits ActionType ‘C’ancel using ACER code – naming the CP as ACERNONMP.EU
MP submits ActionType ‘N’ew under a new UTI using ACER code – belonging to CP (real code)
For organisations reporting ROBO:
MP submits ActionType ‘N’ew using ACER code – naming the CP as ACERNONMP.EU
ONCE ACER CODE RECIEVED
MP submits ActionType ‘C’ancel using ACER code – naming the CP as ACERNONMP.EU
MP submits ActionType ‘N’ew under a new UTI using ACER code – belonging to CP (real code)
MP submits ActionType ‘N’ew for the CP (once the real code is available)
