Why has my trade vanished from the eRR Reconciliation report?

Why has my trade vanished from the eRR Reconciliation report?

Port Rec only reconciles live Table 1 trades. This means that the day after the delivery end date is reached the trade is no longer on the report as it is no longer a live.

The REMIT/EMIR Reconciliation reports show:

REMIT:

Reconciled Trades

- Trade Types: REMIT Standard Trades (REMIT Table 1) excluding orders, executions and backloads.
- Counterparties: The buy and/or sell side is member of your organisation group and has an ACER code. Anonymous reports (with blank "other MP" field) are excluded.
- In execution: The trade is in execution on the report's as of date, i.e. trade date ≤ as of date ≤ delivery end date (or early termination date if applicable).
- Latest reported version: The trade fields for comparison are drawn from the ACER-accepted record (New/Modify/Cancel) with the latest transaction timestamp, excluding deleted records.

EMIR:

Reconciled Trades

The report includes EMIR submissions to eRR which were accepted by your EMIR TR (trade repository).
In addition you can upload trade data of your counterparties in CSV format (in case they are not eRR participants).
The report includes all legal entities of your organisation group registered for eRR EMIR reporting.
The report includes all OTC trades (commodity, FX, interest rates) and excludes ETD trades (exchange traded derivatives) which are exempt from EMIR portfolio reconciliation requirements.
The report includes a comparison of Mark-to-Market valuations (available for trades for which MTM was reported by both sides).

It also only shows live trades - This means that the day after the delivery end date is reached the trade is no longer on the report.

If the trade does not fall into any of the above, it will not appear on the report.
