Is an ACER code required when reporting a storageParticipantActivityReport?

An ACER code is not required for reporting a StorageParticipantActivityReport, as long as the following fields are completed as follows:

  • sto:REMITStorageReport/sto:storageParticipantActivityReport/sto:storageFacilityIdentifier - to be completed with the Delivery point code, connection point code, or Storage point code (EIC Z Y or W)
  • sto:REMITStorageReport/sto:storageParticipantActivityReport/sto:storageFacilityOperatorIdentifier - to be completed with the EIC code of the counterparty
  • sto:REMITStorageReport/sto:storageParticipantActivityReport/sto:marketParticipantIdentifier  to be completed with the EIC for Market Participant reporting the report.

We recommend that all XML StorageParticipantActivityReports are tested in UAT before submitting in Live
