What do the eCM statuses “Error”, “Failed”, “Receiving” & “Matching” mean?

What do the eCM statuses “Error”, “Failed”, “Receiving” & “Matching” mean?

 *  Error – Documents which have experienced an issue in the matching process.
 *  Failed – When a document has been received outside of the normal process, which does not comply with the eCM Standards (e.g. submitting 2 documents with the same version number).

 *  Receiving – Usually a transitory state which refers to deals which are being sent or received from a counterparty. If trades are ‘stuck’ in this state for more than 4 business hours, it is likely that the document is missing a business acknowledgement caused by a communications issues with one or more parties to the trade
 *  Matching – Usually a transitory state which refers to the process of matching trade documents with a counterparty. If trades are ‘stuck’ in this state for more than 4 business hours, it is likely that the document is missing a business acknowledgement caused by a communications issues with one or more parties to the trade
