My report has been manually rejected due to missing ETD data but it is present within the CMS database

For the agent ID "XEER0000000000000000" an additional key field "KeyExpiry" is defined.

The key field is shown in the ETD Products screen if you restrict the search to that agent ID and search for the required product.

For example, the call option with product code OEUA, delivery start and end 2019-12-11 and the strike price 18 the value of the key field "KeyExpiry" is "2019-12".

For the enrichment to find the product in the ETD product database an additional section is required within the submitted CpML file:

"ETDTradeDetails/ClearingParameters/Product/AdditionalDatas/AdditionalData" with the elements "Key" containing "KeyExpiry" and "Value" containing "2019-12".

The reason for the additional key field is that XEER has options with the same delivery period, option type and strike price which only differ in the expiry.
