"I can't find an EIC Code * Does ENTSO-E show all available EIC codes?"
Yes, it is possible that some EIC codes are not published on ENTSO-E website. Following reason:
* We have one Central Issuing Office (ENTSO-E) and (almost) each country a Local Issuing Office (LIO)
* If a counterparty will only act in national market, then its EIC shall not be published on ENTSO-E. This code shall only be published on the website of the national LIO. E.g. German company will only act on German market, then this code will only be published on the websites of BDEW (German LIO).
So at the end, there is one central repository and each LIO has its own repository. We as EFET are the only one which has the status as a LIO, but we are not a LIO, because we can issue European wide EIC codes. It is a special case.
So, it could be that this codes are not published, because they act only locally or something has changed and those counterparties does not exist under the legal name or however. There are a few reasons.
