Help us to define what value we could input in the field TradeConfirmation/CapacityUnit
In summary MWh/h = MW, so the CpML UoM for MWhperHour is simply MW.
For the CapacityUnit should be “MW” if the rate is hourly for an hourly
energy volume. For daily rate for an hourly volume the UoM “MWhperDay” should
be used.
If you use “MW” in your CpML the problem should be resolved for the hourly
rate UoM.
The accepted standard for submitting gas trades is in MWh or Therm.
In the eCM Standards CapacityUnit states:
Shall be expressed in units of rate of flow
(power) rather than energy, for example, a
gas deal on the UK network will be
expressed as: p/ThermPerDay; or for a
power deal EUR/MW2.
If ‘TransactionType’ is a ‘Financial
Transaction’
