Can I use the same PartnerID for my messengers?
It is possible for multiple internal organisations to have the same partner ID.
The advantage of sharing a partner ID is that you can send messages through one partner, so no additional set-up is required. There are no major limitations of using the same partner ID as the CMS will recognise which organisation you are sending messages from by the EIC code.
If the question is really about using the same PartnerID in several messengers, this is not recommended and should be reviewed in the particular case.
