The CMS uses London local time as the system time.
London uses GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) during standard time. GMT has no offset from UTC (Universal Time Coordinated).
London uses BST (British Summer Time) during daylight saving time (DST)/summer time. BST is one hour ahead of UTC therefore UTC +1 hour.
*Please note: BST is used from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday of October.
You are able to check the London local time in the link to the website provided below:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/uk/londonFor example:
In London we use GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) which is the same as UTC however during the summer months of Daylight savings we then use BST (British Summer Time):
GMT = UTC
BST = UTC + 1 hour
As, for example, Madrid's "local time" currently is CEST (UTC/GMT + 2 hours) you are will see the time of "Received by eRR" and hour less than your local time as the CMS uses London local time BST (UTC + 1 hour).
This will be the same as difference when Madrid uses the standard Central European Time (CST = UTC +1 hour) and London uses the standard Greenwich Mean Time (GMT = UTC).
Therefore you will find the "received by eRR" time an hour less than your local time in Madrid as the CMS uses local London time.
