What is Equias' Disaster Recovery plan, and what documentation is available?

The CMS production environment is implemented in a fully redundant configuration, this means that every physical component has at least one paired component (e.g. two firewalls, two load balancers, multiple servers in the VM farm, paired Oracle servers etc.).  The production site is hosted by Rackspace in a very high availability configuration with regards to power and network (more data can be supplied if required).

In addition to the production configuration, the CMS has a warm standby failover environment, again hosted by Rackspace but in a separate physical location.  There is a continual feed from production to the failover environment.  Should an event occur which requires us to move to the failover site, the SLA for having this operational is four hours.

We do not provide the documentation unless it is requested from the client and the shared information will be the previous year testing result.
