FAQ - Is it necessary to have an ECA in place between two CMS organisations for eCM?

When an organisation joins the CMS for eCM they enter a multilateral ECA clause within the eCM terms, therefore there is no requirement for individual ECA agreements between CMS organisations.

Details of the terms can be found in Clause 7 - Acceptance of Electronic Confirmation Matching within 'Appendix 1 Central Matching Service – Electronic Confirmation Matching' available on the Equias website.
