Can I change a contract?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to the any of our contracts as it applies equally in the same form to all Licensed Users.
We appreciate that each licensed user may prefer alternative wordings, but we cannot have in excess of 700 versions as it would not be manageable for Equias, and the service is one and the same for every licensed user. In that way, we can keep a competitive offering for the energy industry.

(we are able to accommodate changes to our NDA agreement - these should be discussed with Equias legal team)
